We at ERI have listened to our client’s request for local consultants who are proficient in functional fields (e.g. Finance, Economics, Accounting) who can learn specific SAP functions. They first must pass standard tests to determing if they are literate, easily trainable, and fully understand the English language (including those sometimes difficult idioms). Our proprietary screening, testing, and selection processes is used to find candidates with sufficient intelligence, knowledge, and ability to understand complext problems.

The selection of experienced consultants uses the same testing process, but of course relies on international consultants with demonstrated experience in the modules or technology needed by our client's projects.

Training:

Once a candidate has successfully completed our thorough selection and testing process, the entry-level "American Grads" undergo training specific to the client's industry and in specific SAP functions. This training is both on-the-job and supplemental - meanwhile providing the client with an inexpensive billable resource. Clients who assist in grooming in these consultants then have first right of refusal on which projects that consultant will be on.

Experienced hires have access to our training actions as well, depending on their employment status and production history.
