ERI was created to address a market gap between SAP talent needed on US projects and SAP talent available to systems integrators and IT departments. We fill this gap by bringing to market pre-tested, pre-trained (on basics), cost-effective, functional consultants that can easily perform on US projects.

The need for SAP talent is growing exponentially. By "bootstrapping" (creating from scratch) SAP American professionals that already know the local language, customs and finance/economics models we lower production costs over the short- and long-term, allowing clients to stay on schedule with existing and forthcoming projects. We are not an SAP outsourcing company, rather, an SAP recruitment firm that trains our staff in the functions and industry needs of our client.

Selection:

We at ERI have listened to our client’s request for well-educated local consultants who are proficient in specific SAP functions and are literate, trainable, and fully understand the English language (including those sometimes difficult idioms). Our proprietary screening, testing, and selection processes is used to find candidates with sufficient intelligence, knowledge, and ability to understand complext problems.


Training:

Once a candidate has successfully completed our thorough selection and testing process, they undergo training specific to the client's industry and in specific SAP functions. This training is both on-the-job and supplemental - meanwhile providing the client with a highly qualified yet inexpensive billable resource. Clients who assist in grooming in these consultants then have first right of refusal on which projects that consultant will be on.
