John has 15 years experience in the Telecom industry in a variety of roles as a programmer, tester, lead functional analyst, and various lead roles as a billable analyst. He expanded his career into the area of sales and marketing for an IT Staffing company in Denver. Subsequently in a new IT staffing company from his position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he doubled the company’s revenue in one year. John continued his career in IT services for several years in Denver including leading Sales and Marketing for Fowler Software Design. When he kept hearing the same request from clients for American SAP Functional Consultants that were properly trained, he founded ERI in 2007 to meet this growing demand. b b Holly VinnolaRecruitment DirectorMrs. Vinnola started her career with Tracy Locke Advertising in Denver, being placed there by the recruiting firm Margaret Hooks. After proving repeatedly that she could find qualified talent for the recruiting firm she was convinced to work for Margaret Hooks – and stayed with them for 15 years. Swapping careers to the travel industry, Mrs. Vinnola flew for 5 years as a flight attendant for Frontier Airlines. Seeing a chance to reconnect with a successful recruiting position, Mrs. Vinnola joined ERI in 2009..
Glenda SimonsChief Financial OfficerMs. Simons brings over 15 years experience in consumer lending and banking. Tiring of doing the same thing for so many years, Ms. Simons changed industries and started a new career working for a software company that developed specialized accounting software for construction companies. She was the "alpha" tester in addition to her function as the head of bookkeeping and accounting for the company for 6 years. Glenda then started her own tax preparation business which she successfully grew for a span of 15 years until she was asked to join ERI as Chief Financial Officer. b.
