"Many clients want to have staff on-site with good communication skills, preferably local [citizens] people, so instead of taking the typical approach most firms take to outsource to India, we thought we could train people just as well with students right out of college to be just as successful. ERI was retained to find the recent grads, train them in communication and learning skills, as well as SAP skills to be placed on projects. Now that they have completed their first project lifecycle, they are just as able as a K4 or K5 (a scale in SAP from 1 to 8) to work on the next projects.
