We undertake a very selective process to find candidates with sufficient intelligence, knowledge and ability to understand complex problems. these candidates are selected by our testing process. Using local talent relieves the pressure of H1B Visas, cultural communication issues , and when all projects are completed, the client needs not fire anyone - as they are ERI Staff.
Training:
Once a candidate has successfully made it through our thorough selection and testing process, they undergo training specific to the client's industry and in specific SAP functions. This training is both on-the-job training and supplemental training - all the while being a highly qualified yet inexpensive billable resource on the client's projects. Clients that assist in grooming these consultants then have the first right of refusal on which projects that consultant will be on.
